JOHN GALLAGHER - EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN AND CEO
B.Comm ACIT FCMA

John was educated at Belvedere College and University College Dublin and he is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts. He is a Director and Co-Founder of the Charter medical group. He owns and chairs a number of healthcare companies based in Ireland, United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands and France. In addition he has interests in the music and investment sectors in the United Kingdom.

PADDY MURPHY - CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Paddy Murphy spent his career with Bank of Ireland where he held a number of senior positions, including CEO of Bank of Ireland Finance, CEO Bank of Ireland Northern Ireland, President and CEO of Ireland/First NH Bank USA.

He is a graduate of Trinity College and Harvard Business School, a former Chairman of Co-operation Ireland and Past President of the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce.

PAT McLOUGHLIN - DIRECTOR
B.A.,L.L.B.,M.B.A.

Has worked for 28 years in the Public Health Services. He has extensive Management experience having been Chief Executive of the Eastern Health Board, the South Eastern Health Board and served as National Director of the National Hospitals Office and Deputy Chief Executive of the Health Service Executive. He established a Health Consultancy in 2006 and had major clients in the private, public and voluntary health sector. He was appointed Chief Executive of the Irish Payments Services Organisation in August 2007..

DR. RICK ABOUD - DIRECTOR
MB, BCH, BAO, LRCS/PI, Dip Sports Med, Dobs/WH, DCH, MMedSc, MSOM, MICGP

Dr. Richard Aboud is Charter Medical Group’s Medical Director. He is a Practicing GP and has a variety of clinical special interests including sports and orthopedic medicine, women’s health and postgraduate medical education. He brings a vision of the highest standard of community based medical services in support of patients their family doctors to Charter.
