Mr. Gallagher was educated at Belvedere College and University College Dublin and he is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts. He is a Director and Co-Founder of the Charter Medical Group. He owns and chairs a number of healthcare companies based in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Dr. Aboud is the Medical Director of Charter Medical Group. He is a Practicing GP and has a variety of clinical special interests including sports and orthopedic medicine, women’s health and postgraduate medical education. He brings a vision of the highest standard of community based medical services in support of patients their family doctors to Charter.
Ms. O’Neill joined the organisation from the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital in Dublin where she held a number of senior management positions most recently that of Chief Operating Officer. Ms. O'Neill started her career at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast. She recently has been appointed to the Board of Charter Medical Group. She has a strong record of promoting excellence at managerial organisational level. She led significant change to create enhanced patient centred services throughout her career in healthcare.
Mr. Stephen Crowley is Chief Financial Officer of the Group. He is the member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and has recently been appointed to the Board of the organisation. He trained as Chartered Accountant with PriceWaterHouse Coppers in Dublin and gained post qualification experience in both Ireland and Canada with that organisation. Prior to joining Charter Medical Mr. Crowley worked with number of international companies in the electronics and IT sector.
Mr. Shane O'Neill is the Chief Technology Officer of the Charter Medical Group. He has designed, developed and led the installation of Charter's significant investment in health information technology. Charter prides itself on the application of cutting edge IT systems in all areas of healthcare delivery. Mr. O'Neill has headed IT operations in a number of related companies prior to joining Charter Medical. He has held engineering roles within the telecommunications and healthcare industries both within Ireland and New Zealand.
Mr. Bilal Bari is Group Financial Controller of Charter Medical. He is responsible of the financial operations of the group including financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and value for money management. He is the member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants in Ireland and also holds a Master degree in Computer Sciences.
Mr. Pat McLoughlin is a Non Executive Director of The Charter Medical Group. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Irish Payment Service Organisation. He held a number of senior executive positions in the health services including the Deputy CEO of The HSE, CEO of The South Eastern Health Board and Director of Strategy & Planning in The Eastern Regional Health Authority. Mr. Loughlin sits on the Board of number of prominent Irish companies. He was also a member of Special Group on Public Service Numbers and Expenditures Program which was chaired by the UCD Economist Mr. Colm McCarthy and reported to Government on major public organisation and value for money reforms for Ireland.
Mr. Paddy Murphy is a Non Executive Director of The Charter Medical Group. He was educated at Trinity College and Harvard Business School. He started his career with Bank of Ireland where he held a number of senior positions including the CEO and President of First NH Bank of New Hampshire in the USA and the Chief Executive of the Bank of Ireland's Northern Irish operations. He retired from the position of General Manager of the Bank's Retail & Business Banking Division in the East of Ireland, in 2002. Mr. Murphy holds directorships of number of prominent companies in Ireland in the healthcare, leisure, technology and hospitality industries.
